Registration at MLA 4.0

 MLA 4.0 opens the gates of our non-euclidian and ephemeral campus to the public. However, before you make use of most of our facillities, you need to register an account. Registering at Maybe Logic Academy means you can post in our forums, access the Public Lecture Hall, submit stuff to Info-Cache blog and RAW Library, and sign up for classes through the site.

To register simply click on the Register link located under the Login box. You'll be asked for the usual stuff, Your Name, the Username that you want people to see on the site, a valid email address and a password. Our crack team of people in Gorilla Costumes will then register you at breakneck speed and you should be able to login immediately. Remember, this account will be used as your identity all over the Maybe Logic Campus, including the RAW Memorial Public Library, mosbunall Classes and Self-Directed courses. After registering, you will be free to roam around the campus in any area not reserved solely for Students or Faculty.

Enrolling for Classes

As a Registered user, you may notice that a new menu option "Enrollment Office" has shown up in the Main Menu. This links to list of scheduled classes and self directed courses, as well as any cost and how long your enrollment will last. Enrolling will connect you to PayPal where you can take care of class fees. After its done, you will be returned to the campus. You will not need to "register" again for that class, your MLA 4.0 account will be associated with all classes that you have enrolled in.  As Students, you will also gain access to additional areas of the campus.

Campus Directory

The Campus Directory provides you with quick access to everything that you're enrolled in. If you go through this tool it will also try to automatically log you in as well. On the Eristic chance that you aren't automatically logged in, you can simply log in with the same username and password that you use everywhere.

Your Profile

 Your profile acts as a central point of reference for your account. You can access this by clicking on your avatar (shown in the upper right had of the screen) or your name under "MLA Online". Under "Edit"/"Update Your Profile" you can change account information and passwords through this tool as well as update "About Me" information and make "Connections" with friends, classmates etc. Over the next few weeks profiles will become synchronized between classes and the main campus.
